And that makes me cringe. My baby is a toddler. It's like I'm swearing. T-o-d-d-l-e-r. Nope, it's still sounds sour. He officially became a toddler 8-23-12. An exciting and very emotional day for me. We wanted Cash So bad. Now we have him and we just want him to take a pause. This year has flown by. It was hard, easy, messy, sticky, stinky, and exhausting. It was a lot of fun. His had 4 teeth before he was 8 months, crawled at 7 months, and walked at 11 months. At one minute my heart was his. My heart that was Steven's and Squids was divided and shared once again. I had no idea it could fit so much love in it. Cash can say so many things. His newest word is car 'kaw'. It's amazing watching him figure things out. He can find his tongue, toes, and nose. He he loves vegetables and can use a fork pretty well. He knows dada leaves out the back door and that grandma Connie comes through the front. He knows grandma Kelly and grandpa Bill can be found on the iPad. He loves giving his dada and I raspberries. He's really good at it. He walks around the splash pad with all the big kids and likes to swing at the park. He loves chicken and French fries.
His name is money, cash, stinker, monster man, bud, boober, money bags, baby and lovey.
Finding Nemo is is favorite movie. No matter what, we have to stop and see the fish at Walmart when we go grocery shopping. I'm getting a pass for the aquarium this fall. He's going to love it.
He's a total stud and I'm constantly surprised by his abilities.
My baby is a toddler now.
Love this post. Isn't it cruel how fast that first year flies?
